Here is the homily I gave for the First Sunday of Advent. This is the first in the series, "Do Different." Each year we enter Advent with the promise to approach it differently and the days slip away. All of a sudden it is Christmas. This year we are encouraged to Do Different starting this week. This week let us plan to Do Advent Different this year.
