Resilience is an invaluable trait in life and often the key to success. It can be displayed in many different facets, from weathering a difficult situation to holding yourself accountable for your own successes and failures. Resilience carries a certain element of suffering with it, but that suffering can ultimately help us grow more confident and capable of overcoming hardships. Resilience in the face of adversity gives us the strength to become much better people in our everyday lives. By taking ownership of obstacles and carrying on without becoming disheartened, we begin to build an inner strength that enables us to develop resilience as part of our nature.
