This week we are discussing outsourcing when it comes to our lives, as well as when it comes to raising children. Being a parent is the biggest responsibilities we will face in this life. It is important that we give the resourses to make their own way in their life, but when we outsource those resources to other individuals that pose an influence we rob them of developing their own processes and ability to over come problems that will build self-esteem.
Sometimes it's what our parents didn't do for us that build the most value in our life. It gives us the ability to figure things out on our own and to align ourselves with our priorities.
