Tell me. What Motivates You? 

We've talked before about how Discipline is what keeps you going, and Motivation is what gets you started. But... how do you get motivated? In this episode I explore what Motivates me and how I get motivated.

For me, it started by being motivated to get noticed by the girls when I was younger. That's what got me into fitness. What I got out was more confidence. The more I looked and felt better, the more confident I became, the more confident I was the more I started to succeed. 

So it doesn't really matter what starts you off, what you find out through the process; about yourself, about what you really want, about success, gives you so much more in return, than what motivated you to start. 

We all have motives. We all have something in our minds that we think we want. The question is, does your actions and behaviors drive towards that. When you decide on what is you want and what is motivating you, start following up with the actions and behaviors that will get you there each day. Then do it everyday.
