As a child Rebekah Lipp believed " We all are the centre of the universe" Trying to live in the world holding this belief was not possible for a sensitive, empathetic child who took on everyone's emotions.
Finding a safe space in the company of her Grandmother, a staunch Scottish woman who read tea leaves and loved Mother Theresa & the Pope provided comfort plus an insightful view into a psychic, spiritual world that felt good to her.
Sleep walking, self harm and suicidal thoughts were mixed up in the turmoil of Bex teenage years with the isolation and trauma of being bullied, never feeling as though she fitted in or belonged weighing heavy on her Soul and mental health.
Feeling so lost for so long, Bex spiralled between her high performance personality and holding down 3 jobs, the joy of meeting her then boyfriend, now husband, to feeling the disconnect and confusion of being labelled "woo woo" as this meant you were bad or crazy or both!
