Seeing things differently can be difficult at times in a world where fitting in is often required, even demanded of us.
Michelle felt different in her childhood, perhaps seeing a ghost at 7 years old and having the ghost confirmed by a neighbour, may have contributed to a sense of herself being some one who saw things differently?!
Childhood summer holidays at the beach were formative and sustaining to a sensitive being and someone with a passionate love for all things to do with water.
Riding the wave of ego, success and accomplishment in corporate life took its toll leading to an auto-immune condition and the realisation in her Soul she was doing work she wasn't aligned with.
Pair that with a deep sense of justice and belief in people before process, led Michelle to refine her position in corporate law to embrace creative licence - conscious mediations highly interwoven with her intuition and "seeing" skills, with the freedom she granted her self to work on the premise of leaving things in a situation better than they were before.
In the process, giving birth to her namesake - Creating Conscious Leaders, and helping others work, live and create at their highest potential.
