Description

Savannah is passionate about health and wellness and the effect that yoga has on the mind and the body. Having grown up by the ocean in an active family, sunshine and exercise have always been a big part of her everyday life.
She believes living your best life starts with a healthy and vital body and a calm and content mind.  She feels so grateful for the ability to share her passion for yoga and to be able to help her students discover the amazing benefits of a regular yoga practice. She now shares her yoga knowledge and love of helping people with her Yoga Therapy.
