Kindle is trying to bring back the serial through their Kindle Vella. One of the great offerings for fans of the Paranormal Cozy Mystery is The Old Humblefoot Mystery series. This was my first introduction to a Halfling detective, and I loved it. It's light, fun, and it's easy to read through. The Kindle Vella is a new system for Kindle where instead of whole novels you can read these in individual sittings.
