I have posted the situation by both activists Shaun King & Deray McKesson... Some people feel as though King is all for the people. The reason they supported was that he fundraised for families & that he had a tax receipt clearing him of wrong doing. My question isn't about the fact that fundraising helps. My question is why is that all we chalk up to activism? Why is it that there are instances of inconsistencies that McKesson pointed out being ignored? If I were to guess it would be because everything that glitters isn't gold". I can see donating to a person because you support the content or WORK they put in but blindly dishing out millions of dollars to a person who has had "inconsistent" practices is very dangerous. Not only that, why cant King ask his rich friends such as Oprah to front the bill for all of these endeavors. Answer my questions please. Don't just say he raised funds... I can raise funds today or Tomorrow but if it's not going to where it needs to go then it's a problem. Also is this man caucaian???
