Mr. Two Phones Perry is back on the podcast because like Crystal, I realized that I never actually interviewed him. Daryl is one of my inner circle people that I go to for advice in general and he's also my coach for Precision Nutrition. I've been friends with Daryl since last year and the guy has taught me a lot just from having random conversations in DMs and in texts. He's also kinda funny (but don't tell him).
