'Into the Blue' is a Health & Fitness podcast led by strength coaches Mahan Elmi and Vanessa Orford. It is aimed at dispelling, debunking, and demystifying all things Women's Fitness. We broach popular topics such as training, nutrition, exercise, mindset, culture and psychology as well as feature a wide range of guests from the fitness industry and beyond. We hope to clear the waters on what continues to be a contentious world for many, as well as have a lot fun along the way wherever the show may take us.
