Our 42nd episode and third of the Michael Mann run, this is a well-loved film for both Blake and Kate. Having seen it manyyy times, they certainly have a lot to say. Combine brandy, triple sec and bitters with ice in a shaker.
Shake and strain into coupe.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with lemon peel or slice.
