Description

Mediocre computer programmer Louis Hastings develops a hatred toward the Alaskan Pipeline and the risk it poses to wildlife in the 1980s. Louis moves to a remote Alaskan town with 22 residents, and these neighbors are blissfully unaware of his delusional scheme to dismantle the pipeline and the irreparable collateral damage his plan will inflict.
