ABOUT THE HOSTS: Sasha Andrianova (@unfilteredsash on ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Instagram⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ and ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Tik Tok⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠) is a digital strategist in FinTech and a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher and coach at CorePower Yoga living in New York City. Sasha's passion is helping you come home to your most embodied, authentic self through digital content and mindfulness practices. Sasha studied Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and has been doing digital marketing in the financial technology since 2020. Sasha is currently serving as a coach in CorePower Yoga’s 200 Hour Summer Teacher Training and studying to be a certified Awakened Breathwork Facilitator. In her free time, Sasha enjoys teaching and taking yoga, lifting weights, breathwork and meditation experiences, reading, and getting into nature.
