This is the second episode in our series on Postpartum Care. This week our guest is Kristen Mason. She is the Executive Director of KC Women’s Ministry, a birthworker run, non-profit organization that supports mothers and families, and the owner-operator of Childbirth Together Education and Doula Services. She is a cross-certified full-spectrum doula through Bebo Mia and Stillbirthday as well as a certified childbirth educator through Milestones Midwifery. Trigger Warning- We will be discussing mood disorders. Our goal is to open the conversation so women don't have to suffer in silence and alone.
