We finally have something to talk about other than the Coronavirus, as Joe Biden becomes the presumptive nominee, and former candidate Bernie Sanders endorses him. However, as the general election is still to come, there are many questions concerning Joe Biden’s relationship with China. This is something that conservatives and liberals should be looking for in the coming weeks. Joe Biden has continuously (until just recently) called a travel ban to China “xenophobic”. The World Health Organization needs to be investigated immediately because of their inappropriate actions surrounding COVID-19. After Taiwan reported Human-to-Human spread evidence, the World Health Organization published almost two weeks later that there was no such evidence, taking China’s word for it. As this pandemic continues, President Donald Trump made the right move to not only criticize the World Health Organization, but to temporarily delay funding. Former Ambassador Nikki Haley says, “I think the president’s right to say we're going to withhold money until we get some accountability out of this, and, you know, having worked with many of these U.N. agencies, they don’t like being told what to do, but they always have their hand out waiting for the money,” she continued, “and, at the end of the day, this is — our citizens deserve to know that they’re getting a return on their investment."
