Velilkin E'sum, a member of the Aza Foqal, or Disciples of Akena, is tasked with finding out who these strangers are that mysteriously appeared in the capital that morning. Pursuing leads and getting caught up in Chase's misdirection, Vel eventually finds the party at the Copper Wagon. Behind closed doors, the party and Vel come to understand they're somewhat working towards a common goal in opposing the War Makers. Vel seals the deal by having his superior agree to the plan. The party plans to formally introduce themselves to the elven monarchy the next day.
