Evidences for the examples of minor shirk:

1. To show off (riyaa') in some acts of worship - the hadith of Mahmoud ibn Labeed.
2. To swear by other than Allah - the hadith of Umar ibn al-Khataab and Ibn Umar.
3. To say : 'What Allah wills and what you will' - the hadith of Hudhaifa ibn al-Yamaan.
