The time has come for Jesus to be glorified and start his final trip to Jerusalem. In this passage, Jesus talks about the reality of death and life. Those who lose their life now, will gain it, and those that love their life now will lose it. In order for growth and fruit to come, once must die now. Death is hard, but an important realization of following Christ. We die to ourselves and the things of this world, and as we do that, growth comes in us and around us.
