This is the same problem that has been resurfacing over and over. We see it in scripture and we have the same questions and issues today. Who are we going to allow to be our king? Are we going to look around and see the world and desire what they have? What is pleasing to the eye? Are we going to allow our friends and family to influence us and the choices we make, even if we know they are not right? These are all important questions, and ones that we must continually process as we are on this journey of faith and trust.
