Jeffery Epstein was born and raised in Coney Island, New York, and was a very good student a very bright guy who skipped a couple of grades and graduated in 1969. He attended Cooper Union College for about 2 years and dropped out but ended up with a teaching job at Dalton School. 1976 Alan "ACE" Greenberg was running Bear Stearns one day Micheal Tennenbaum a Bear Stearns Executive got a call from ACE Greenberg and said that a trustee of the Dalton School had a young professor Jeff Epstein who wanted to come to Wall Street and ACE asked Micheal if he would interview him. So he got hired to develop and market their quantitative analyses for options and he was great at this job. He almost got fired for lying on his resume but he disarmed Micheal with his quick-witted sales skills, he stayed on and they made him a limited partner. But a few years went by and he was fired for breaking some rules.

On August 8th, 2019 two days before his death, Epstein placed his entire fortune into a trust in the Virgin Islands. His estate is valued at more than $577 million.
It was reported that on August 10, 2019, Jeffery committed suicide while locked up at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
