Description

EFT works by tapping on specific meridian points on your body while repeating a mantra or affirmation aloud. Depending on how deeply rooted your emotions are, it may take a few sessions for you to see a significant change. You can repeat this as many times as you feel called to. Tapping can help you to release the thoughts and anxiety that are keeping you trapped. 

I am blending the language of RRT with the methodology to enhance the impact on the mind. So I want to explain the I/Self dichotomy used in RRT.

Mind is 2 facets primitive and evolved. The evolved/conscious/logical mind (“I”) does not understand the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors being generated outside of conscious awareness by the primitive/unconscious/ emotional mind (“self”). Example: 

When a diagnosis is given you tend to identify as the diagnosis. What is your name? You say your name, right? I wouldn't say hi, I’m 5’ 3” with Ehlers Danlos. So we are going to work together on shifting the I/self-perspective.
