The inaugural ceremony of the fest was attended by P.S. Sreedharan Pillai, Hon’ble Governor of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, Chief Minister & Ramesh Tawadkar, Speaker – Goa Legislative Assembly along with other Ministers & dignitaries.
