Description

Lindsey joins Podcast Therapy to talk about what she wants to be when she grows up.
Seriously, her life as an adopted Korean-American, growing up in Wisconsin with Caucasian parents, and tackling racial justice issues, makes for some heavy dinner time conversation!
We delve into connecting with other Asian Americans and how representation, or lack thereof, of Asians on television, in the movies or in the magazines really shapes young impressionable minds.
She is very intentional about how she starts her day which in turn keeps her happy and grounded and leads us to her favorite podcast. As she shares what she’s learned from Gretchen Rubin’s Happier podcast, we agree that setting boundaries and being a good mom takes a lot of practice.
