In today’s episode, I interview Laura Dionisio who is the founder of Lead Intact and a Leadership Development Coach. She shares with us her journey of becoming an Aligned Leadership Coach while starting her career as an engineer.
Spending her childhood moving back and forth from the Philippines to the United States has awakened an appreciation for different cultures and has taught her from an early age how to navigate big life transitions.
Laura’s exploration of life transitions continues on today as she navigates her career in engineering while also volunteering and growing her business with her company, Lead Intact® LLC. As an Aligned Leadership coach, Laura guides those who are feeling lost and stuck in their lives to find their inner leader so they can start living with intention and purpose.
