Use a Text Expander
A text expander is a tool that might already be in your computer if you have a Mac or you can install software in your PC.
1. Text expanders allow you to use different key strokes and have it return as something else such a link, an often used website or response, saving you time typing longer key strokes.
2. While you might think that you are only saving a few seconds, remember that those seconds add up.
3. I am constantly being asked to show my YouTube account or Twitter account and with just a few key strokes, I can pull those up.
4. I can populate entire emails this way, I do this when sending out Zoom recordings.
