This week I was on a business trip and coming back I was reflecting on the trip and how how physically exhausted I was feeling. As I was reflecting I could not stop by realized that there were things I stayed very consisted with despite the fact that I was traveling while there where others that I managed to find excuses not to do almost every day while traveling. What was different? How is that I managed to stay consistent with some things but not others?
