I recorded this episode exactly a year ago, as we were approaching the end of 2019. I looked ahead at 2020 and the thought of kicking off the new decade living my best life was exciting. Of course I did not knew back then what 2020 had prepared for us. Regardless of all the curveballs that 2020 has sent us, this process has helped me to live on of the best years of my life.
