On this episode of Two Moms and Some Labels, we were able to sit down with Jill Hill, Director of Family Engagement at Partnership for Child Health. Partnership for Child Health develops and implements programs and services to improve the health and wellbeing of all children, families, and youth in Northeast Florida. Jill talks about the PEEP Program she developed to assist and help families that have children with an IEP learn about their rights and how to be an advocate for their child.
