On this episode of Two Moms and Some Labels, we touch a little bit on ways that we can keep a clear mind and healthy spirit. As a parent or caregiver of a child with a disability, it can be very strenuous and stressful. It often takes a toll on us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. What we don't realize is that it is okay to say I need a break or find a way to care for yourself in order to find that little peace of mind. So we dive a little into inexpensive ways to provide a little TLC to ourselves as special needs parents.
