SUMMARY:
On this episode of Moments of Authenticity, I speak on the significance of stepping out of your comfort zone. Neale Donald Walsch once said, “life begins at the end of your comfort zone” and this especially rings true for people who find may find solace in routine. Although there is nothing wrong with structure and routine, we’ll never know what lies on the other side if we’re not willing to break the monotony of life every once in a while. The objective here is to make space to add variety because change is inevitable.
