In this episode of Public Servants' Announcements, Assistant Principal, Daeja Boetang talks a ton about her transition from teacher, to Dean of Instruction, to Assistant Principal. She gets in to how her positive and bubbly personality was a weakness at times, and caused her to overcorrect. The questions "When did you lose your compassion?" comes up. We also talk about motivating students and teachers to want to be in school and making it more "fun."
