In this special pre-Christmas episode, I have a major gift for you. I get to talk with the principal who saw in me, what I didn't see in myself, and helped me start the journey to becoming the leader I want to be. We talk about his hiring practices, including some of his interview questions, and the answers he looks for and what they tell him. We also talk about how he handle different types of adversity as a leader. All of this while walking through his journey from student at a small private school to Executive Director Irving ISD.
