Clive Hendricks is named partner and director at Marais Muller Hendricks Incorporated with more than 18 years of litigation experience in the High Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. He analytically guides clients through all phases of litigation which include assessing risk, drafting legal opinions, pleadings, affidavits and negotiation of settlements. Over time he earned a reputation of high regard for his skills as an attorney, intellectual acumen, commitment and work ethic.
Clive is a litigation specialist who brings his personable and knowledgeable approach to a practice that envelops all aspects of employment law, commercial, personal injury, administrative, insolvency and associated areas.
