Pierre practices in the field of real estate. He is involved in various projects concerning expropriation, municipal taxation and property assessment, areas in which he has developed a particular expertise. He advises clients on leases, commercial transactions and landlord/tenant relationships.
Pierre also works in commercial law, and more specifically international affairs. He assists Canadian clients doing business abroad as well as European and African companies doing business in Canada. He is also competent to act in international arbitration (ICC).
Thanks to his experiences and his numerous business trips on the African continent since 2004, he supports companies of all kinds in their projects including local implementation, negotiation of contractual agreements, infrastructure construction, real estate and institutional development.
