Welcome back! This week we tackle Season 2: Episode 7: Like Mother, Like Daughter. This is an episode that has a lot to do with accepting who you are and sticking to that no matter what you're told by the outside world (something we know all too well). We discuss the love of Rory embracing who she is and not backing down, Lorelai mirroring that by joining the booster club and doing things in her own fashion (get it?), and how both girls learn that they can fit into different scenarios their own way. Let's embrace what we know about ourselves and discuss this episode with a little compassion, while also enjoying how absolutely ridiculous Lorelai behaves at the end, shall we?
