We have an Eagles/Cowboys doubleheader today. First in 1989 the Eagles beat the Cowboys 20-10 in Bounty Bowl II. The game is most known for Eagles fans pelting anything that moved with snow, ice and beer - including refs, players, coaches, and broadcasters.
Then on this day in 1995 the Eagles beat the Cowboys 20-17 when Barry Switzer went for 4th and 1 in Cowboys territory not once but twice calling the same play after being saved by the 2 minute warning.
