On this day in 1968 the Eagles lost to the Vikings 24-17 at Franklin Field setting a team record for losses in a season with 12. Eagles fans, frustrated with the team infamously threw snowballs and booed Santa at halftime, arming an army of lazy journalists with "hot takes".
