The Phillies win again against the Orioles. The Eagles kick off training camp and the Union are moving on the the knockout stage in the Leagues Cup. On this day in 2008 the Philadelphia Union won Arena Bowl XXII, seemingly breaking the curse of Billy Penn. The 1996-97 Flyers hung on to beat the 1986-87 Flyers and will represent the Flyers Regional in the Final Four. Today we crown the Phillies Regional Champion.
