On this day in 1967 Larry Jackson pitched a 1 hit shutout in the Phillies 4-0 win over the Mets. It was his 18th straight win against the Mets but he's probably better known for coming to the Phillies as a part of the trade that sent Ferguson Jenkins to the Cubs.
