On this day in 1997 Eric Lindros had his only playoff hat trick as the Flyers beat the Rangers 6-3 in game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. In 2001 the Sixers beat the Raptors 88-87 in game 7 to move to the Eastern Conference Finals.
