On this day in 1978 the Eagles pulled off an improbable 19-17 win over the Giants after Joe Pisarcik fumbled a handoff to Larry Csonka when all they had to do was run out the clock. Herman Edwards scooped up the fumble and ran 26 yards for the TD, completing the Miracle at the Meadowlands.
