5th Position Podcast is back for another season. Neither of us could have predicted COVID-19, yet here we are like everyone else with our Quarantined Sessions.  Our Format:  We start by giving our guests the opportunity to share their stories. These are personal and reflective.  From there, we ask questions related to the stories you’ve shared. No surprise question or sneaky agendas. Our goal is to share authentic conversations, our purpose is to create content that propels people to more,  keep evolving, and keep moving forward. 

What is Season 2 all about? “The Core” (Core strength is particularly important for a ballet dancer, as a strong core promotes better balance, helps a dancer stay properly aligned and improves stability.) For this season we see “THE CORE” as “your people.” So our guests are sharing their stories with and/or about the people who make them stronger. 

On 5th Position Podcast, we share stories about how the rhythm of life can knock you out of step. We use dance concepts as a metaphor for the process that requires us to find our strength, our core (tribe), and grace to pivot.
