Skiptracer (yeah, it's a job) Maggie is hot on the trail of two missing teens that took a dip in a secret military base, as teens are wont to do. With the help of a Grizzly Adams type named Paul as her guide they uncover the creation of genetically engineered super piranha that are hungry, deadly and now loose on the unsuspecting river-side population.
Can Maggie and Paul stop the Piranhas from eating everything in their path as they head towards the Ocean. Or will there be nothing left but blood, bones and innertubes?
