Embracing the power of breath and meditation can bring healing to the wounds of trauma, allowing us to find peace within and reclaim our inner strength.  

This week we will be joined by Leland Holgate Sr., a combat veteran, and former paraplegic who is now studying to earn his double doctorate in neuroscience & psychology.  

Many extreme challenges in his life led him down the path of yoga, breathwork, and meditation which he used to heal himself from a neck injury leaving him paralyzed from the waist down, to overcome PTSD, addiction, and so much more. 

Inspired by these stunning results he went on to create The Welcome Home Method, a unique combination of intense breathing exercises and guided meditation.
