Each week we bring up a Pressure Point for Police Officers and discuss the topic further using Mental Skills. This Program was designed to help Police Officers deal with everyday stressors from the job to further help instill a healthy lifestyle and stronger bond with the Communities they serve, families at home and fellow Officers on the street. Our first class starts January 2023.
