I want you to consider that our ego likes to pull us into “im not good enough” based on stories we have about our past or into “im better than” based on delusions of grandeur...when we experience emotions on either side of this fence we can attract an experience to balance us which will create a trigger in the form of fear, anxiety, panic and more. The simple art of focused breathing can be used to being our sympathetic reflex back to a state of presence....easily said.
