I put my hand up, yes I did not set up a realistic expectation when I started Connect Her. I was caught up in the moment, the excitement and blazoned on through with my un-realistic expectation. It wasn't until the dust had settled, I calmed down. I realised I hadn't really thought things through. I certainly wasn't being realistic in my expectations, I took a moment and then went through my S.M.A.R.T goal setting process and some reverse planning (see episode 017 Reverse Planning) to start setting realist expectations.
