Josh Franceschi is the lead singer of You Me At Six, one of the UK’s biggest rock bands. You may think it’s all rock ‘n’ roll, but Josh is also an undercover foodie, whilst being a vegan for 6 years. His Corsican heritage meant he’s grown up with a very healthy attitude towards food and different cuisines.
He and his bandmates – who are his childhood friends, not only have the newly anticipated album, SUCKAPUNCH, coming out in January, but they have collaborated with the hot sauce brand, Lou’s Brews, to create their own sauce (also named after the album).
Josh delves into his reasons for turning vegan, his incredible time in Thailand whilst they were recording the album and the craziest food he’s ever eaten (clue: it ain’t vegan!).
Their SUCKAPUNCH hot sauce in collaboration with Lou’s Brews is available now exclusively at www.youmeatsix.co.uk

This season of Crazy Sexy Food is sponsored by Keejays.
Keejays is an independent, family-run business that has been making speciality sauces for professional chefs and home cooks like myself since 1985.
My particular favourites are the Spanish Tomato sauce, with its added paprika, as well as the Tai Po chilli sauce to rev up my meals!
