You are enough . In a world that convinces us that we are not good enough its hard to believe. We are taught to always strive for improvement, to never be satisfied with what we have and that anything less than 100% is failure . Constantly comparing ourselves to one another leads to depression constantly hating ourselves doesn’t lead to change it’s what keeps us caught in the same toxic cycles within ourselves. You don’t need to change to be heard to be acknowledged the problem has never been you , your situation or your body. The problem is our culture and that is what we need to work on changing.
